Rock a by baby..
On the tree top.....

When the wind blows...
the cradle will rock...

when the ball breaks....
the cradle will fall...

and down will come baby..
cradle and all....

I saw this post in Patrick's blog about nursery rhymes being violent .. which i found pretty funny, but do you even know the meaning of this song??? Well this is what i know.

Rock a by baby.. = A young mother gets pregnant
On the tree top.....

When the wind blows... = when certain problems arrive
the cradle will rock... the mother rejects her baby.

when the ball breaks.... = when the uterus is broken through abortion.
the cradle will fall... = The baby is killed

and down will come baby.. = The baby is taken out
cradle and all.... = uhmm.. you get it right??

Now do you really want to sing that to you sweet little baby...???

Anyway.... its Wednesday today, The funnest day I've had all week. I went to class as usual.. Sat through a period of science and math but when it was time for English, T.Maribel greeted us with the best news... CLASS WERE SUSPENDED wohoo! so all school work was dropped and we just hung out in the class room chatting and some other people ate their baons *which made teacher alta really mad* anyway, once we got home... The boredom came... Yeah.. that dull thing that interferes with the happy feeling of not having school... It reminds you that you don't have anything fun to do once you get home.... so I pretty much spent the day just playing guitar *doing guitar excercises [il post what I did] and sleeping. When i woke up, I began to start memorizing our elocution... It was gonna be held tomorrow.... but my mum told me that there was no school so I ddn't bother to memorize cos that means elocution will be held next next week pa :D Thats mostly it. Hope you have a good non boring day tomorrow.. Well i hope you do

the exercise: Start with your 1st finger on the E string at the 1st fret (F). Play that note with your 1st finger, and then play the 2nd fret (F#) with your 2nd finger. Next, put your 1st finger on the B string at the 1st fret (C). Play that note and then play the F# again on the E string, so you've got a little angle there.

That's not the exercise yet, just the first piece of it. Now go down a string and play these notes: 1st finger on the G string at the 1st fret (G#); second finger on the B string at the 2nd fret (C#); and 3rd finger on the E string at the 3rd fret. See how we're creating an angle? Then you move down another string so you're playing the 1st fret on the D string (D#), the 2nd fret on the G string (A), 3rd fret on the B string (D) and 4th fret on the E string (G#).

That's the second building block, a four-string pattern. Repeat the pattern beginning on successive strings: first on the E string, then on the B string, then on the G string. By the end of this, you've reached the bottom string.

To execute the entire exercise, start again at the top one fret higher. Follow the pattern down the strings, and when you reach the bottom string again, move the whole thing up another fret.

With the metronome ticking - and without missing a note - keep moving the exercise all the way up the neck. That's really hard. And you have to do it perfectly or you go back to the beginning. When you hit it right and build up speed, you'll be surprised how much your chops have improved. Good luck.
